The Career Service Examination of the Philippine Civil Service Commission is conducted biannually to establish a register of eligibles to serve under the Philippine government. It consists of a professional and sub-professional level, from which certification and appointment to the second and first level positions in public office can be made, respectively.Passing the Civil Service Examination and acquiring a Career Professional/ Sub-Professional Eligibility is the key to beginning a secure and long-term career in the government. The Civil Service Commission has emphasized that earning a Career Service Eligibility is one of the basic requirements for permanent appointment in government positions not covered by the Bar, Board and special laws.

In order to qualify as a Career Service Eligible, one needs to obtain a passing rate of at least 80.00. Thus, increasing the number of passers for the CSE is indeed a challenging but fulfilling task to help further the government’s performance in serving the Filipino people. Indeed, Greater Heights Educational Solutions exists to achieve the dream of assisting aspiring public servants to gain a secure and lasting future in the service.
